Live Sushi
生寿司
A sushi dinner with a sushiman, where you can watch the pieces being prepared live, in a moment of sharing and Japanese culinary art. There's room to chat, ask questions and discover curiosities about the world of sushi.
Available by appointment for groups of at least 6 people.
Oriental meals

Authentic flavours from the Orient, served with balance and simplicity, true to Japanese tradition. A choice of starter, main course and dessert. Tea and coffee included.

Origami

Origami is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding,
with roots in the Middle Ages. The word is made up of two characters: "ori" (to fold) and "kami" (paper). Through precise and creative folding, a simple piece of paper is transformed into figures that arouse imagination and contemplation.

Japanese sake
日本酒
At Viseu Ryokan, we elevate the Japanese experience with a special selection of Nihonshu (日本酒) - the traditional Japanese sake. Made with rice, water and kōji, it has an alcohol content of between 13% and 16%.It can be served chilled, natural or hot, depending on the type and personal taste.
Also available in aromatic plum and yuzu versions - perfect for refreshing moments - discover the flavours and rituals of this unique drink.
